Rainforest Herbs is dedicated to the science of herbalmedicine and the development of safe and effective botanical based products. We are committed to the preservation of the rain forest and the culture and time honored wisdom of its indigenous inhabitants. All our products embrace both the traditional wisdom of local herbal systems and the latest scientific advances in formulation, standardization and quality assurance.
Rainforest Herbs began in tropical Malaysia in 1994 as a Research and Development Company, made up of international specialists in the field of herbal medicine and scientific research. It was founded by BenjaminDrewe, a Medical Herbalist with an extensive background in both Western and Asian systems of herbal medicine.
In response to a definite need for South East Asia to develop its own internationally accepted herbal health products, the Company launched an investigation into the ethnobotanical knowledge of the indigenous people of Malaysia and Indonesia and after several years of intensive R&D, developed and launched its first range of products, locally and abroad. Since that time Rainforest Herbs and its parent company, Asia Botanicals Sdn. Bhd. have expanded their research of new and exciting herbs to those from other unique locations around the world (including the Kalahari desert of southern Africa).
Rainforest Herbs products have been established in Malaysia, Japan, China, Singapore and Europe, while its bulk ingredients and extracts are exported around the world.

This ancient geometric symbol is known as the “seed of life” and represents our interconnectedness and inseparability from nature and the whole. In the East it is believed to increase life force energy. To us, it symbolizes the role of the rain forest to all life, especially considering its current rate of destruction and the need for humanity to embrace a greater appreciation of this irreplaceable and sensitive ecosystem.
